I was thinking...If this Voyager is coming straight from 1963, she going to experience a HELL of a culture shock...

Comic book time sliding timescale remember. She'd only be from around 2003.

I get the feeling she might be more of a Kang kind of character; someone who went BACK in time and started messing with the timeline. I like the theory I've read here in the CBR forum about her possibly being a Black Swan who strayed from her original path and started doing her own thing across time and space. It'd be a nice nod to Hickman's Avengers run. And after all, she looks like she could have a connection to the Black Order on this cover, who were just joined by the main Black Swan herself.

Voyager is sounding to me a lot like DC's Triumph, missing history and all.

Other than that I don't really have an opinion on it.

Amongst various possibilities I have also thought she was a/the Black Swan.

Some of us also thought Sue's daughter, Valeria.

I addition to those, I've wondered for several years now, about Kang's abduction of Jan and Havok's child in the Uncanny Avengers Planet X storyline - which I really liked. Of course I could also see in time-travel irony, that Kang knowingly or otherwise abducted the child who became his beloved Ravonna (who also was impersonating Nebula, Thano's daughter - - reconned on that?)

Kang and other-world/verse counterparts or displaced from other timelines gave us Rachael the Phoenix. Certainly Kang could have something to do with this.

I'm really excited about this and looking forward to it. A lot of mysteries and plots to pick up. I hope that each member has a decent moment to shine.

So...is Voyager the villain, the hero or both? Does she just return to fix the mess she made?
