    I think one can appreciate Death of the Family more if they really dislike the batfamily and the whole concept. Too bad he wasn't able to kill or horribly maim any of them.

    I agree.The whole think is so 80s propaganda that it hurts.Killing Joke is the most overrated Joker story,but Death in The Family is just bad.Only Aparo's art is its redeeming quality.

    Thank god someone else thinks so. Did absolutely nothing for me but not want to read anything with the Joker in it. It seemed like a cheap attempt to shock or creep out readers.
