Well, bit of a tough question, but at least it's Marvel-Only, so I can some up with a Top-5:

1) Anthony Stark / Iron Man
2) Marc Spector / Moon Knight
3) Stephen Strange / Doctor Strange
4) Victor Von Doom / Doctor Doom
5) *Changes a lot*

So, needless to say, I'm not really satisfied with current Marvel... Anyway, if I had a gun to my head and was forced to choose #1, ATM, I'd go with:
