In Clone Conspiracy Omega Spider-Gwen states that Kaine is still degenerating, while in the Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider series, it's not really referenced other than Ben referring to Kaine as a non-degenerating clone in one of their confrontations. Kaine hasn't referenced it in any of his interior monologues either, so perhaps he has been cured (again)?

I might have misinterpreted what happened, but my understanding about the end of Clone Conspiracy was that both Ben and Kaine were no longer actively degenerating; yet both showed degeneration scarring until Ben was recently cleaned up by Death!Margo.
