METAL: I'm tired of Scott Snyder dumbing down the rest of the Justice League

I agree. I find the Snyder hate over the top and you see so much of the board devolve into tribalism about their particular aggrieved favorite hero.

Metal is really fun so far. And Snyder is spreading around the hero love in this capstone to his Batman run.

I'm really digging his take on Hawkman, the Challengers of the Unknown, and all the other obscure stuff from DC that we haven't seen, at least with this much love, in a long, long, time.

I thought the scene in issue 2 definitely made me shake my head a bit, especially at him outsmarting the Flash in a race, but it wasn't that bad.
