Both the Darth Vader comic and Star Wars Rebels are set betewwn 3 and 4 of the movie
Are they both conected in a way like Darth Vader is hunting jedi thats wasn't dead during order 66

Haven't read the comic yet, however the DVD/BluRay version of the Rebels pilot does have Vader assigning the Inquisitor to track down further Jedi survivors and new Force users (either for recruiting or execution), so it would seem that Vader was no longer taking a personal hand in the Order 66 mop-up by the time of the TV show.

(FIY, I think there's a pretty significant gap between the comic -- set just after ROTS -- and the show -- within five years of R1/ANH.)

That's actually not what Weblurker said, he said there was a bonus scene with Vader telling the Inquisitor to track down Jedi, not that Vader was hunting the Inquisitors...I'm not really sure where you got that.
