I'm not even talking about taking the 'U.S. Agent' name; just the look. should he wear it whenever he's back in action? Walker died overseas (I'm pretty sure that he was set up). and the darker colors kind of make me think "evil Cap" anyways. it would be kind of rubbing it in good Steve's face. what say you?

Hydra should wear green, not black. The green look he had towards the end was good for what he is, and even if you don't want him in an armored suit, the look could be modified slightly to be cloth/material/spandex instead of armored.

Nope. Even for a jerk like Walker, he doesn't deserve having Captain Hydra ruin his reputation by wearing his suit.
I imagine when he does show up again, he'll be wearing a Hydra style version of Captain America's costume.
