Looks like Jonah isn't too comfortable taking a break in the everglades with his fellow journalists...as he notices a large swarm of alligators and pythons swimming upriver

Funny stuff with Jonah today...he asks for the boat to be turned around to avoid the Lizard and his reptile army, the boat turns rapidly and Jonah falls straight into the swamp!

Jonah manages to make it to land, but he's still within view of The Lizard. Meantime, Peter, MJ and Bruce meet the men who abandoned Jonah to the swamp...and they immediately identify Spidey as the "costumed crook" Jonah warned them about!

Wow, as soon as Peter learns Jonah's in danger, he loses it with the two men who left him behind

So MJ is going to have to drive the men who ditched Jonah back to the city...guess that makes it easier for Peter to go rescue him without Jameson seeing MJ with him and connecting the dots

MJ does manage to squeeze in a sick burn at Jonah's expense though...and I got a big LOL at Jameson fleeing the crocodile.

Bruce suspects Peter sent MJ away only to keep her out of harm's way and he was right, Peter owes up to it, saying while MJ is brave she can't hulk-out or call on Spider-Powers (too bad he's never heard of the RYV Parkers), meanwhile, Jonah has climbed up a tree to avoid the alligator, but is attacked by a python!

Some old school Peter and Jonah interaction in the last couple of strips, Peter making quick work of the alligator and python menacing Jonah (he event tosses the python into the alligator's mouth before smacking the 'gator with a tree log)

Comic Kingdom done goofed. They're rerunning last Sunday's strip instead of the latest one.

I could see that...after all, we had something pretty out there when they tied into Guardians Vol 2 with Peter, MJ and Rocket up against Ronan.

Not much going on at the moment (Peter is getting batted about and swatted aside by Hulk and Lizard while they clash with each other), but something rather funny is going on in the comments section of each strip...one commenter has taken to "describing" what MJ is getting up to off-panel and it involves going off on a cruise ship by herself drinking an abundance of cocktails and being attended to by bulky chiseled escorts.

Jameson again showing concern for Peter, even helping him to his feet. Peter says he has to find a way of reaching Bruce and Curt inside the monsters they've become...or die trying.

You know, I'm really starting to think Stan's been reading Spectacular...Jameson is really worried about Peter's well-being.

Well, so much for the Hulk and Lizard clash, they barely got started and spent most of the time swatting Peter aside before Peter managed to appeal to the man within the monster, transforming Hulk back to Banner, who then Banner gets K.O'ed by The Lizard.
