I'm happy to see the Hollow/Usagi art because Hollow showing up in Usagi's book nor Usagi showing up in an X-men book is impossible.

First, my eyes went to "Angel" -- which would be cool because he's a dark and brooding character who doesn't like to talk much himself. Then I remembered you said female character, so... Willow? She has telepathy, so she could communicate with Penance that way. And Faith could potentially be a kindred soul.

From Star Wars, there's Darth Talon, a cool red-skinned chick. I see Dark Horse Comics has Barb Wire... Based on what I've seen of the movie, Penny could kick major butt in that alternate universe.

HOWEVER, after carefully considering all the evidence before me, I have happened upon the perfect Dark Horse Comics team-up companion for Penance:

Penny would be on the aliens' side in my team-up idea, lol. She would hunt and kill the humans, hiding in the shadows. They could be bad guys, mercenaries, whatever. ...I'm not saying it's a realistic expectation. ;P

Your choice was a totally unrealistic fantasy. With her tortured past being what it is, Hollow is not the blond babe in the bathing suit; she's the goth chick in the red & black ensemble with overteased black hair. Therefore, the reality for you and Hollow is more like this:
