Yes
No, but another career would be good
No, she's fine as is
But she is the only one who is stuck on the FF. The others get to do things outside of the team and family all the time, but she is stuck there. There is nothing wrong with expanding her opportunities and horizons. It's frustrating seeing her tied down by the family aspect when the others get to go off and play in the MU.
A good creative team will know that the FF need to grow and develop instead of repeating the same things forever. There is no downside to giving Sue aspirations outside of Reed and the kids, in fact it's something that needs to happen. It may not be her being a doctor specifically, but she needs something.

outside of the intellect upgrade, I wouldn't mind the return of the Liberators concept. Deodato jr draws a great Sue.
I wish that She-Hulk was still with the Fantastic Four. she could really use them to lean on, right now.
Does Sue know that Reed is out there somewhere repairing the cosmos?
She's with him doing who knows what while he, Franklin, and Molecule Man create universes that the Future Foundation then explores. This just highlights the problem with Sue to me as she has no reason to be there other than Reed and the kids being there. She isn't apart of the rebuilding or the exploration, she's just there.

Hmmm ... if I were tasked with turning Sue Storm into a legitimate alpha hero for Marvel ...
1. Name change on personal and professional fronts. Let's start here.
1a. "Sue Storm" sounds too much like Storm (Ororo Munroe, aka The other true contender for Queen Marvel) and too youngish / 1960s style. Also, alliteration doesn't suit every comic book character.
"Susan Richards", even tho not her maiden name, sounds more modern and grown ... And powerful.
1b. "The Invisible Woman" is a Terrible codename. It sounds like negative social commentary everytime I hear it. It can be used as a descriptor like "Firestorm: the Nuclear Man" or "Batman: the Dark Knight", but not as her actual codename.
There's got to be a root word that suggests "unseen but powerful" that she can use. Something to do with wind, maybe.
I prefer Susan Storm-Richards also. Sue hasn't been going by her maiden name for a while so there should be no confusion with Storm. Even Doom calls her Mrs Richards most of the time.
I think Invisible Woman is fine. Some of the good code names are taken ....like Ghost or Phantasma.
She has no inclusion on any aspect of the multiverse rebuilding/exploration. To me it highlights her problem, she's on the sidelines possibly giving advice instead apart of the expedition fully. She should be deep in the exploration part either by being the medic making sure everyone is safe and handling injuries or spearheading the exploration as an experienced adventurer/archaeologist, Indiana Jones type.
She usually goes by Richards or Storm-Richards anyway. There has been no problems having the same surname as Storm's codename before, so there shouldn't be a problem now.
I personally like her codename, when trying to think of new ones they usually feel forced and ill-fitting.

Methinks there hasn't been a "problem" because it's not close to a competition at this point: say Marvel and Storm, I'd wager over 9 out of 10 would think Ororo and not Susan.
Kinda like saying DC and Kent, over 9 out of 10 go to Superman and not Kent Nelson aka Dr. Fate.
Susan seems barely an afterthought by Marvel compared to Ororo, who herself seems barely an afterthought by Marvel compared to Carol.
Hmmm ... let me think .... hmm ...I personally like her codename, when trying to think of new ones they usually feel forced and ill-fitting.
"InvisiBelle: the Telekinetic Woman"
"InvinciBelle: the Invisible Woman"
Yeah, this may be harder than I thought.
