Help me find a issue

Hi, i have read a comic with Batman when i was a kid and i try to find it and to read it again because i really liked it. Maybe some of you know what issue was. In that issue Gotham was attacked by some birds, like in the Alfred Hitchcock's film The Birds.

If you want to help narrow things down a little, it may help if you can say when you were a kid / how long ago it came out?

Trust me, not everyone here is the same age. (When I was "a kid", chances are you weren't even born yet.) It also helps if you can supply any information on what country you lived in then / whether it was an American edition or perhaps a foreign distributed issue? Things like that help some people narrow down what / when you might be looking for.

Well, i dont remember exactly when but i think it was ~20 years ago, when i was 10. Even though i am from Europe it was a USA edition.
