Winter Soldier is one of the best superhero movies ever made and easily takes the top spot in the MCU.

I'm going to say Captain America: Winter Soldier, the two Guardians of the Galaxy movies, and the first Avengers movie are the best of the best so far. Not to say that there aren't a lot of other good ones (they're are), but those stand out the most, IMHO.

When it comes to the MCU movies, I rate them on my own scale between a 0-5, relative to each other and not comparing them to other movies. For me, the ones that are in the 4.5 & 5 score are the cream of the crop.
5-Outstanding: The Avengers, Cap: Winter Soldier, Cap: Civil War
4.5-Fantastic: Iron Man 1, Cap: The First Avenger, Guardians Vol 2, Homecoming
4-Great: Guardians Vol 1, Age of Ultron, Ant-Man
3.5-Good: Doctor Strange
3-Above Average: Thor 1
2.5-Average: Iron Man 2, Thor: The Dark World
2-Below Average: The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 3
When I say that they are average I don't mean that in a bad way. Average in this case means it's a typical quality, what to expect, perfectly fine by MCU standards.

Winter Soldier, Civil War and Avengers are the top 3 for me, with the other ones from those franchises coming after(First Avenger and Age of Ultron). I don't quite like the more funny ones like GOTG and Ant-Man, and... I actually haven't watched Spider-Man and Doctor Strange yet lol.
