That's right. he isn't.
So why did you post this thread?

Here we have a character that’s been written in a ton of stories over 75 years...with many fans having followed his adventures with great care and interest.
And yet...we’re not really sure what his religion is.
It surely speaks volumes about just how feeble characterisation is in most mainstream super hero comics?
More likely just representative of pop culture's aversion to getting specific with religion and its practices in general.
The percentage of television, movie, comic characters, etc. who attend religious services on a regular basis is much smaller than the real world.
In comics, Daredevil and Nightcrawler jump out for the centrality of religion in the lives of those characters.
It’s most likely deliberate...leaving character as “blank” as DC (and/ or Marvel) think they can get away with, so as many people as possible can identify with him.
It’s not just religion, of course. Which political party does he support? Jeez...even what is his favourite type of music?
A lot is left vague...he’s grim (well unless DC fancies writing him some other way...which they do sometimes!), fit, ultra-capable. That’s about it.
I've never seen him deny being a member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. EVER.
He doesn't practice religion. He's said several times that he simply is not a faithful person. He's not atheist, since he is fairly confident that a god exists thanks to his adventures, but from his dealings with the Spectre and Phantom Stranger, it's simply not something he thinks is worth worshiping or praying to. And we're talking about someone who concerns himself with higher ideals and bigger problems than American bipartisan politics, so I don't really understand the complaint there. And he's been shown several times to enjoy classical music, opera, and jazz. But again, music isn't something he concerns himself with all that often. We're talking about a highly abnormal person with a rather extreme development process from a young boy into a grown man, so it's no wonder he doesn't subscribe to many of the same interests, concerns, and mundanities that we regular folk do.
But having said that, you'd be surprised how much you can discover about a character when you decide to read their books.
I’ve read..and enjoyed..hundreds of Batman comics.
It wasn’t a complaint..it was an observation. Tons of stuff that for a real person/character’s personality would be regarded as important are left vague. And that is surely deliberate, to allow a wider range of people to identify with him on his adventures.
It’s a trade-off..of course..because for some types of stories it potentially makes things less interesting. But it doesn’t effect things much in typical crime thriller setting Batman excels in.
Look at whether a particular hero is Democrat or Republican. Hawkman is republican, Ollie is a Democrat. That’s it for “certain”...for large majority of other heroes we’re guessing.
This thread just inspired me to search for images of the Wayne graves and some do feature Christian crosses while many do not.

and Bruce himself was given a Christian burial in Dark Knight Returns (technically out of continuity I know)

Of course, this doesn't rule out conversion to Christianity while still being of Jewish lineage but, especially with the strong Scottish connection in Bruce's heritage, I would think that he is Christian.
On Earth Two he and Selina had iirc also a Christian marriage.
