Default Best and Worst Plot Twists

A lot of shows and movies have had some great, and some not-so great, plot twists. Heck, a lot of these shows and movies are defined by their twists. What do you think are some great ones, and which had some horrible ones?

Best: Star Wars-Vader is Luke's dad.
    Worst: The one in Hancock.

Unbreakable's was good too - I expected something like what was coming, but not exactly how it played out. The 6th Sense isn't as surprising to anyone who has read Tanith Lee.

Do I have to seek out Split as a fan of Unbreakable?

Back then I loved the The Usual Suspects but have no idea how well it aged.

Best - The sixth sense (didn't see it coming and the execution was pretty darn good)

    Worst - Alien Covenant

The twist of the main female protagonist who was set up to be the hero turning out to be the killer didn't hold up. (There were scenes of the truck driver killer separate from her. And scenes of her hidinf from him) plus the implication that the main girl being in love with her female friend is what drove her to be an insane killer is bad on several levels.

Split is set after it I think (haven't seen Split either) but it might be important for the Unbreakable sequel that's coming.

    Best: Fight Club

Worst: Titanic; Rose keeping the diamond her whole life only to throw it in the ocean. Why? The diamond was connected to Cal Hockley, not Jack
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

It makes no sense and wasn't needed to begin with.

Given how good it is you should see it regardless. How much do you know about it with Unbreakable?
