Warrior wins both times. Much more powerful then Sting in his prime.

Okay, so Warrior as basically booked as an absurd invincible monster that beat Andre the Giant in under a minute despite his finisher being a move that makes little sense for a guy his size. Sting, especially surfer Sting against Vader, was often very vulnerable and better at getting little moments that made you cheer for him, light smacking Scott Hall's toothpick out of his mouth, when you weren't sure he would win, and in fact often didn't.

Thus, Warrior wins this rumble, but it also confirms why Sting was a more compelling wrestling character IMHO.

Sting loses, but only after Ric Flair somehow manages to break into the arena for the sole purpose of hitting him from behind with a low blow.
