All those people are in violation of Twitter's TOS. But with hundreds of millions of accounts, the only way twitter will know is if the posts are reported.

Some of the posts I have been reporting where direct threats against individuals, or against groups of people.

That's not free speech. That's criminal behavior.

I've seen many crackdowns on the internet, and all it's ever accomplished is to kill the interest and participation. I predict that Twitter, like every other site that's tried it, will now decline. Maybe it'll be an exception, but I don't think so. We'll see.
