I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the issue, Flash, Aunt May, and Harry all learn Peter's identity. That seems like a big enough thing they could pull for this huge issue, as well as also leads into a great new status quo for Spencer's run.

I don't really see Harry learning but it would be about time for Aunt May to (re)learn by this point too.

Except why even go the "secret identity" route if every major supporting cast member knows? I still think Spidey should be one of those characters that should have a real secret ID, meaning very few people know.....

I don't disagree, but comics emphasize a character's civilian life less and less these days, so the importance of a character's secret identity isn't what it used to be...
