I agree with that- I think Lois is the type to prefer Ms. regardless of marital status.
And since she only exists in pre-written works, people can just call her that and she never needs to awkwardly explain the minor pronunciation difference in her preferred form of address, which is very convenient compared to real life.

Keep the name. She uses it for professional purposes and marriage doesn't mean you have to change your last name.
