Xavier died (again).

Namor had Atlantis destroyed (though he technically did that himself).

Black Bolt was replaced by a Skrull.

And Reed ended up going on a beach vacation with his wife on some alien planet.

Tony had his armor trashed with a "warning" about what might happen to air travel if he tries a stunt like that or making Thor register as a superhuman.
