Since Gold is continuing as well, Kitty will probably still be headmistress. That'd likely rule out Colossus too.

Jean is team leader, obviously. Since Tom Taylor is the writer, and does her solo, I'm thinking All-New Wolverine will be part of this. Gambit and Iceman I agree with you on. Polaris is involved in Blue, so she's not likely. One person is leaving Gold, so maybe Storm. And I think Firestar was already hinted by Taylor. And maybe Archangel? Cyclops is dead and Beast is with the Avengers, so that'd be all of the available adult O5s.

I think it depends on whether or not there’s another book coming, X-men Black. My guess is that this title, Red, will replace Astonishing when it finishes. And X-men Black may replace Weapon X. In that case, Cable would likely lead Black.

Also, I wonder what will happen with Blue. Surely the time displaced O5 are going back soon since 4 out of 5 of them are alive as adults. My hope is that Blue becomes kind of a New Mutants focused title then.

That's a subject for another thread, but yeah, Gold is losing one member (who I assume will be replaced) and Blue's supposedly getting a new roster after the Venom crossover (which has potential knock on effects for Champions if Cyclops gets written out).

Other Potential Omega are Rogue, Storm Cannonball, and Chamber.

Omega is repressed Gambit, which is more powerful than any other Omega confirmed, except F Richards.
