I had no idea that Singer was involved in that movie at all.
I had no idea that Singer was involved in that movie at all.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!
If Singer hadn't been fired I could see why people would be upset, but he was fired.
It's a movie about Freddie Mercury. A Star is Born ain't beating it no matter what it's zealots do.

Rami Malek Opens Up on Bryan Singer: "My Situation Was Not Pleasant"

I would strongly suggest anyone considering the Brian Singer situation should at least read The Atlantic's story or listen to the audio version. As investigative journalism is supposed to do, it builds a comprehensive picture, but it also provides the evidence needed to support its own allegations. It also includes a right to reply which was taken up by the accused. The article clearly suggests there is a large amount of corroborating evidence that lends credence to the allegations of the alleged victims.
I find it disturbing that some Hollywood statements have gone much further than suggesting an 'innocent until proven guilty' line, and have instead referred to the investigation as 'fake news'. This to me suggests a misunderstanding of the rigours of journalism, and its place in our society. It feels like Hollywood is closing ranks yet again. As it always seems to do when very successful people are accused of moral impropriety.
Rooster Teeth have given Vic Mignogna the boot

He's probably already recorded for all of Rohan's episodes for Jojo's Bizarre Adventures: Diamond is Unbreakable, and I don't see Viz going back and re-recording the rest of Rohan's episodes with a new VA.
I think the real test will be when a character he voices in an ongoing series pops up (like Broly or whatever) and we see what Funimation does.
