I don't know, maybe there is stuff i missed in that article but the accusations against him seems quite mild. (except in the case of Amet of course)

Interesting account re: Esquivel from this guy, Nick Hanover. Seems to say that his actions were more or less of an open secret in the comic book industry and collaborators chose to stand by him rather than even listen to the alleged victims.
