This is a very good point. If he was caught and disciplined in 2012, and has been a model employee since, then what grounds does DC have to fire him? Unless.... is it California where he's working? Unless California is an "employment-at-will" state where they can fire you without reason. But just as a guess, I'd say Mr. Grabbyhands did some other shit that DC hasn't caught since then. Otherwise, why is he silent? If he did the crime and did his time then why not come out and say so... yeah, it was unfortunate, I was punished, blah blah blah...
Save Ferris...
Berganza has been fired: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hea...claims-1057570
It all depends on why DC did it as to how "good" it is, though.
If DC fired him only because of all the negative publicity regarding his past (pre-punishment) "escapades", then it doesn't put DC in a very good light if they're only trying to make this go away. (At least if they were taking action without all the publicity before hand, it would make it appear DC was doing it because it was the right thing to do, not just a possible act of desperation on their part to try and cover up what DC had done or didn't do in the past.)
Personally, I'm more interested in DC's foreseeable future especially if Berzanga has dirt on DC Management like people think...

It's not "justice" if DC is only trying to avoid more bad publicity and save face, rather than actually do it because it's what should have been done in the past.
(Do we even know if DC has fired him for actions that occurred after they last supposedly dealt with his inappropriate behavior?)
