Default Tom King's Batman: Yay or Nay

As I usually don't go on the Batman thread, I would like to know the general consensus is on Tom King's Batman run with Batman fans, because It seems to be popular and it gets talked about heavily, but simultaneously I've only seen it get lambasted by people over at the general DC Comics thread.

    Nay.

Mediocre to bad writing dragged down into awfulness by the treatment of Holly Robinson.

It started out slow, but I'm starting to get into it now.

    Depends on the issue/day .

I think it's definitely a run that's an acquired taste and probably dependent a lot on your personal feelings about Batman and his relationships.

I like it but I've only come to reading it recently.

    Too repetitive for my taste.

And repeating bad dialogue isn't very interesting.

It's worth sticking around for. There have been stints in the Batman series that were neither exciting or engaging that lasted 50 issues or so. Kings Batman has given readers a multitude of engaging storylines in just 30 something. If youre reading the story, you'll be entertained. If you enjoy art, the art has never been disappointing. Its a great run overall, and comparativly, one of the best books DC has right now.
    Pulling:
Batman, Detective Comics, The Sentry, Mister Miracle, Venom
