Hank Pym is a must (unlike Hulk, who was never much of a member during my major comic-reading days)

Good thing you filled in the other 9, because I could easily see this thread getting out of hand with everyone naming their favorite 12 Avengers.
The last row: Wonder Man, Black Widow, Hank Pym (Ant Man, Giant Man, Yellowjacket, etc.,... your pick)

Seconded but he's already got Captain marvel in Row 3, so I'd replace her with Black Widow.

If you include Henry Pym, do it as "Henry Pym, Scientific Adventurer". There has been at least 2 Giant men, 2 Yellowjackets,2 Goliaths, and 3 Antmen...
