There are two option

First informer shatter star about future events ignoring all rules abouth time travle and the externals are back after she killed them the first time

Second all of this takes place current day, and there using time travle to cover up the continuity error/forget these were ther old costumes.

We need a 10 year moratorium on time travle storyes and alternt versions of the same character. Its getting confusion
