Gentle, wakandan mutant that uses vibranium to stay alive. Makes sense with the general Wakanda push and he's been under-written for decades. It's a decent fit and I hope he sticks.

Who's the writer of this, again...? Also, do we know who's writing the crossover where Jean returns? Obviously it must be Phoenix-related, since that's how she'll come back.

Gabby is NOT surprising, given that the writer is Tom Taylor, who write All New Wolverine.

As for the O5 and numerous other classic X-Men I get the feeling that they were and are off limits due to being in other titles. It's pure luck that Taylor got Kurt, probably, since it seems like Guggenheim was writing him out anyway.

I don't know much about Gentle, but I'm pretty intrigued by Namor.

Not gonna lie though, disappointed by Gabby being here. She makes sense with Laura, but they could've given her space to someone else.

Jean will probably psychically force some of them to join. Namor is a likely candidate for mind control. He is not a team player.
