As I said on Jean's thread:

Not gonna lie, I'm really really disappointed. I don't mind having some C/D-lists on the team. But there should be at least one or two characters with a significant relationship with Jean on this.

Cable is not on anything but his solo. Iceman is soon gonna be on limbo after his series ends. Storm is written as nothing on Gold, and may be leaving soon. But then of all people, they bring Kurt here, while he's also gonna be in Gold? And a new character, when there's so many characters on limbo, and she's destined to go there too after Taylor stops writing this?...

Plus with how this book is being marketed, the chances of a Jean solo are pretty low. 0 I guess. Oh, and she's not gonna be Phoenix anymore. GREAT.

Also, I like Gabby, but I don't like that she's here. She's Laura's sidekick and Taylor's pet character. I don't need that on a Jean-focused book.

I guess we don't. But I was hoping for a "Phoenix" book, with the new logo from Ressurection and all. And I meant because this already being marked as Jean's X-Men, being revealed on that "Jean through the eras" videos and all, with only her on the cover, etc...

Love how people are dismissing the series as "meaningless" without knowing the pitch, or even much about Jean's return.

Jean is a Telepath. So, like, she may end up reading his thoughts on accident, as the loudest thoughts are hard to ignore, on Kurt dating Rachel or moving things on to the next stage.

Or it'll be completely ignored.
