Since they used Tobey suit but obviously Vulture from Homecoming Im going to assume that Sony does not own the MCU suit so the Tobey suit is a placeholder for a new Sony Spider-man suit this movie obviously takes place after far from home since it says murderer on the spidey picture. Sony really about to do their Sinister Six movie. And i wouldnt opposed it cause if for example Spider-man 3 in the MCU comes out it could further help set up Sony's universe.Originally Posted by Mister Mets
