There are currently two main Batman titles in DC Rebirth* and both of their beginnings (Batman #1 and Detective Comics #934) work as good jumping on points. I would not recommend Batman because of its dull plots and bad dialogue, and I give a recommendation with an addendum to Detective Comics. 'Tec is sometimes very good, other times not so much. However, if you're not too familiar with the BatFamily, this book prominently features a good number of them and for most it's a decent introduction to them. Despite what some others on this forum will tell you, Batman himself is excellent in this book. He's very much like the Batman from B:TAS, and it's my favorite version of Batman in the comics we've seen in MANY years.

*There was a third, All-Star Batman, but it just ended and I didn't read it.

Well first, I should have brought this up before but you should have made this thread on the Batman sub-forum. Just know for the future.

That aside, I'm of less help to you here. I personally don't feel the main Batman book has been worth reading since the early 2000s.

Can't help you; Tom King's run on Batman has been my jumping off point.

I plug this site a lot, but it's GREAT for reading lists

    https://www.comicbookherald.com/read...#batmanrebirth

The most recent would be DC Rebirth (not exactly the best books as mentioned by a lot of people)
    Superhero shows are trash

then what was the point of posting anything?

To answer OP's question, I'd say you could jump on with the Bane arc as it sets up what's going with Bruce and Catwoman right now; however every arc is interconnected so you'll still be missing out on some important story elements. I say just start from issue 1 on some free comic reading site and try your best to catch up. I found it to be a very enjoyable run.
