that sister murder her own husband, and put bombs in Emma's school that killed Synch and were intended to kill all the students (by then there were lots of human students too, not only the Gen X ones).
iirc, that sister was a mutant with the same power of Longshot that allowes him to touch an object and know it's past, future, and the sensations of people who were in contact with it.
She liked to touch the sword that was used for killing her husband, because it would make her feel over and over again the sensations of his death, relieving his death every time she touched it. She did nothing wrong by killing her.

The closest thing to her murdering an innocent person before IvX was the Firestar mini, a bodyguard of Firestar wanted to tell her the truth (she was being groomed by Emma to kill Selene), Emma had him beaten and tied to a chair with security guards to control he doesnt escape, he broke free, got shot, and managed to tell the truth to Firestar before dying.

That could actually be a neat plot, Jean being confronted by a member of the D'Bari race that was off-planet when their world burned, and wants revenge (or perhaps just closure?). Entities like Mangog, formed from the death and suffering and rage of billions of slaughtered people, have precedent, and one formed from the angry souls of the D'Bari dead could be funky, come to destroy the Earth as 'revenge' for an Earther destroying their world.

I dont think it was worse that Colossus killing a marauder during mutant massacre tbh. It wasnt premedited murder, it was in the school, full of students and parents all running in panic because of the bombs, while Emma and her sister were fighting, and right after the bomb that exploded and killed Synch. "violent emotion" "temporary insanity" etc. the most immoral thing was probably mind wipind people afterwards. It's not like she could go to the police and out the school as a place for training mutants.
Xavier didnt do that until Cassandra Nova took control of his body and made him go to the tv to make public he is a mutant and the school is used for training mutants.

Oh please. This may be true in the REAL world but comics are not REAL.You can't apply the same logic. Murdering someone out of revenge in the real world, is not the same as murdering someone -in a comic book- who will kill endless more if they aren't stopped.
