A mix of a lot of other sci-fi concepts.
Some Blade Runner in there, some Terminator, Minority Report, Alien(if Ripley were in the loader harness), 2001 Space Odyssey with Hal(Smith). Probably some more those are my feels after the initial trailer view.
I'm guessing the foe/villian Harm is likely an acronym, H.A.R.M.
