On twitter a lot of scans of the magazine are floating around, with some spoilers

The Master has two looks, one semi-based on Chris Chibnall, and another looking like Rasputin, The Cyberlords from series 12 are back also

The looks were seen in the trailer. It'd be kind of interesting if the Master actually was Rasputin. Also one of Tom Baker's roles prior to the Doctor was Rasputin.

This is not a joke during the Capaldi Era there was an idea to bring back the Monk from the Hartnell story the Time Meddler and have him for fun go back to 1917 and play Ra Ra Rasputin by Boney M to the real Rasputin driving him totally mad and forcing the Doctor to make the Monk who call the Doctor for help once he realizes how badly he accidently messed things up to become Rasputin and this is why Rasputin was hard to kill he was a Time Lord the Monk.

We did kind of get something similar with the Doctor's explanation of the bootstrap paradox (and of course it's playing out in the two parter).


Missy identifying as the Rani also was a fake scene shot for the season 8 finale.

Now I'm thinking of certain historical figures that could've been the Doctor or Master. Except of course the one's they've met of course.


The Master implies that the Doctor was Genghis Khan in the TV movie, but I'm pretty sure that was intended to just make the Doctor look bad.
