Saitama could likely blitz Obito before he could put his body out of phase.

However, Kamui might be a pretty reliable way to take him out.

And, of course, Genjutsu.

Barring a hypothetical dimension dump, I would think Karas would be exactly the kind of "physical only" fighter than Saitama absolutely wrecks.
