Could probably use a little diversity if they're actually going to bring back the team.

That looks pretty cool. It would be a crime not to include Elsa Bloodstone in a team like this, thought.
I'd also take Brother Voodoo over Strange. I like Strange on more fantastical adventures, this would seem a little more down to Earth and he's currently with the Sorcerers Supreme, while Voodoo might be heading to limbo if UA ends.
Ha ha...I glanced at the picture before I read the description and thought, "What's Constantine doing there?"
stop trying to make non movie blade happen
let that costume dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Saw this picture over on Newsarama. I definitely like Smallwood's realistic look for the characters! For this type of series, a grounded, realistic look would work very well. If it has too many superhero costumes, I think it'd lose it's seriousness.
I concur though, Hannibal King looked pretty Constantine-esque to me.
Yeah, I'd substitute Strange with Brother Voodoo and a newly resurrected Jennifer Kale. Strange has his own title, and Voodoo could be lost if UA ends. Elsa certainly has been gaining some traction, but I believe that she's going to be in the new Kid Kaijuu series. Jennifer Kale would make a great addition. I think she was ignominiously offed during Bendis' last run on the New Avengers, so it would be great to see her shine here. Heck, the first arc of the series could lead to her resurrection!
As for who else should be part of the time, I'd throw in Werewolf By Night, Morbius, and/or Lilith. Jack has a history with Marc, so it would be great to see the tension between those two. Morbius could be the scientist/point guy back at base. Lilith would be cool, since she was an enemy of the old Midnight Sons. Former enemies always make for some uneasy allies!

"I am a man of peace."
"A man of peace...who fights like ten tigers."
This image made me want a new Midnight Sons team even more.
I think Marvel missed the mark big time when they launched the Howling Commandoes book. I think this image says a lot about what the tone of a supernatural team book should be.
It would also be a nice contrast to the more fantastical approach of the Sorcerers Supreme book.
How cool would it be to have Brother Voodoo, Moon Knight, Werewolf by Night, Elsa Bloodstone, Jennifer Kale, Ghost Rider (Blaze) and Blade as a team?
I think there would be enough fan favorites in this team to keep the title afloat, granted the creative team didn't suck.
Love it. Especially the tweaked original Blade outfit.
Maybe some day Marvel will actually try this or something like it.
Kale would be a good female addition as others said, or Satanna.
Elsa Bloodstone is a joke character that wouldn't fit if this took a serious tone.
Needs more Daimon and Satana Hellstrom.
He's a great character and she ticks the sorceress role.
Maybe they could add Cullen - he has a history with a version of Daimon, and is gay, so some diversity there. Plus he turns in to a massive monster and the team appears to be a bit lacking in actual physical force.
I will raise my throne above the Stars of God
I think that is Damion, not Hannibal King. He's just been Hellblazered up a bit.
The movie costume is boring and played out. This is cool and retro and harkens back to his old look with a modern spin. A billion times better than going all Snipes-lite.
Who is the chunky guy wearing the brown jacket and yellowish glasses?
