It seems to be a bit of an anomaly. I picked it up for pretty cheap 7 years ago or so from a local auction site when I was getting back into comics and starting to collect collected editions. It was one of the first 3 books I bought. The publisher is Pedigree Books, printed in the UK and on license from Marvel. It's slipcased and has top quality paper.
