I'll have to break it down over a couple posts.
Small shelf first:
Shelf 1.jpg Shelf 2.jpg Shelf 3.jpg
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime
These are resting on top of the smaller Billy Bookcase.
Shelf 4.jpg
My large Billy Bookcase, the first image is books lined across the top of it as well & the first top shelf. The large Omnis act like bookends and they stay surprisingly well.
Shelf 5.jpg Shelf 6.jpg

Last 3 shelves of the large Billy Bookcase of Marvel Omnis
Shelf 7.jpg
It's not real clear but here are some more random books I have lined across the back of my desk.

Thanks a lot for sharing Captain Craig, amazing collection with a lot of OOP books (aka my white whales)!
None of you seem to understand, I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me..
WTAF.
Really??
That is stupid. Especially since so much of the FF is already collected, so I'm sure those issues are already collected in several DIFFERENT collections.
Something labeled "Silver Surfer" should freaking have his solo stuff in it.
But, no.
This consumer has to hunt for the impossible. THANKSMARVELNOTHANKS.
"All it takes for sexism to prosper is for good men to see nothing."
Yeah it collects this:
Fantastic Four #48-50, #55, #57-60, #72, #74-77
And material from:
Tales to Astonish #92-93;
Fantastic Four #56, #61, Annual #5
There's a chance though that Marvel will realease more volumes (I really want the Englehart and later Marz runs collected).
"You don't ever quit. Not even to your last drop of blood. You got folks relyin' on you then you just can't afford to." Sean Noonan-Hitman #47
I already had to get the second volume MMW of Silver Surfer in TPB because I couldn't locate a reasonably priced one in HC.

I get what you're saying but playing Devil's Advocate for a second I see their side.
For instance, I'd really love a Blade Omni but his origin and early key appearances are not in a solo title but instead in Tomb of Dracula largely.
Blade doesn't get a solo till '94 and it only lasts 10 issues.
So a Blade Omni would be:
24 Tomb of Dracula('73-79) appearances #10,12-15, 17-21, 24, 28, 30, 41-48, 53-54, 58, 60 & 70
2 Marvel Preview magazine ('75) appearances #3 & 8(assuming these aren't the ToD stories reprinted)
3 Savage Action magazine('81), material from #6-8
3 Dr.Strange vol.1('83) appearances #61,62 & 67
1 Marvel Age('92) #115, short story
10 Blade '94 ongoing #1-10
43 Blade issue Omni, I'm sure there might be room for more as those shorts from the Mags wouldn't be full size issues perhaps.
I get that the Silver Surfer epic though has issues not contained strictly in just a solo title though.

Ok so an updated look at my bookcases, I try to keep the collection within the bounds(and on top) of these. I'm pretty strict with what I purchase and keep, mostly it has to be really good and something I want to re-read. It hasn't changed a lot since the first page of this thread, but I have bought a few books and subsequently sold them or I have upgraded to an oversized hardcover release. I've not had to scour ebay for a couple of years now after acquiring the books I wanted that had already been released, now I just purchase new releases which means I have time to ponder what I have room for and what I can keep. 2014 had a lot of good releases I was after, and oversized releases of books I already had so the shelves are fairly straining atm with not a lot of extra room. I actually don't have room for the books I've got on pre-order for this year so another bookcase could be in the offing. Though with the recent fall in the exchange rate books are nearly 15% more expensive to buy now.
I could easily fill another bookcase with books I would like. There are several series I've got the first volume of that I would like the whole set, but fortunately my local library got into comics in a big way in the last couple of years and has purchased, with some recommendations from myself, a lot of complete runs of comics. Books like Y the Last man, Hellboy, Fables, Preacher , Swamp Thing etc so I can just borrow them, its free, and that satisfies the itch atm.
