Since I have a smaller collection my books actually get read! There is 10 of them that haven't been read, though a couple of those are oversized hardcovers replacing TPBs I had already read.

So I got a new bookcase and decided to rearrange my collection. That might have been a mistake as I have 250+ graphic novels. I'm completely lost on how to sort it all. Why did so many different people write and draw Batman???

Great looking collection Inferno! I've been trying to talk myself into Absolue All-Star Uperman for quite some time, but the price tag seems a little steep.

Well, to contradict Spike-X, I think you can wait for the deluxe. I bet it gonna get the deluxe treatment sometime soon (I think the 10th anniversary of the first issue is near) and while the absolute is a beautiful book and Quitely's art really shines in that size (and I LOVE the story) I'm glad that I bought it during last year's glitch event for like $30.

All in good time. The case I replaced was half the height but a little wider, and was starting to look overcrowded. This has a much tidier appearance.

The old one is now filled with novels and textbooks.

It's awesome, it was a Black Friday sale impulse buy. The pages are glossy and thick, and there's usually only 4 cartoons to a page so you don't need to open it far enough to cause much wear on the spine.

This has got to be my favorite of the recently posted shelves, both in content and how it's arranged.
The Daredevil shelf, specifically, looks awesome. I'm a fan of oversized, thick books, but not unreadable thick.

Are the Bats/Supes on top bookends of some sort?

I really want to post my shelves for advice and general opinion; people in this board are as passionate about this hobby as myself, and then some. But I happen to be housing visitors for a couple of months and most of my collection is boxed at the moment.
    *Sigh* Come March, maybe...

Indeed they are! They aren't really heavy enough to support the weight of a lot of books, but they make for nice looking statues. There's a Mjolnir keychain there too, but it's a little harder to see.

I need to put some books away, but then I should be able to get a new picture of my bookcase.

    Top two shelves.

    Middle two shelves.

    Bottom shelf.

As you can see, LOTS of spare room for more books!
