1) I loved this. I'm slowly, slowly working my collection of King Batman issues up. Maybe, if he does stay on for 100 issues, I'll start pulling it (probably around 75 ).

The best thing I can about this whole mess is that I no longer feel bad about not reading Mr. Miracle. This is the sixth or seventh time King has really pissed me off. Won't ever be supporting his work in the future.

I kind of want to see more of Catwoman's prototype costume, if only because it's finally something different for her (like the return of the purple suit in War of Jokes and Riddles).

It did look pretty snazzy here though .

I figured that considering no JL reps are there that they are on a mission, and considering Cass and Damian aren't there as well, then they are in the JL on same mission. Would be interesting to see their perspective getting the news while in the middle of dealing with a threat and unable to come home.

I thought all 4 of the boys and Duke were there.

They've kind of overdid it with those this year. Also, the Aquaman annual has a flash-forward/potential future storyline too, though the writer is not Dan Abnett. Supes, Diana and Hal show up in that, with Supes saying Bruce couldn't make it. I wonder if the stories are connected? With Bruce not making it because he was ill?

Yeah but that still doesn't quite explain why they were not at Bruce's beside. I believe they are around. I mean, he mentioned Barry.

I mean. I'm not going to say that I don't firmly believe the blonde woman is Steph. But that's one panel. And there are so many awesome things about this story.

The little panel bleed off the top on the first page, as Selina drops into the cave - genius storytelling detail.
