Think it was discussed at one time, but is the mystery villain with the centipedes and bandaged face supposed to resurface after Hunted? I though I remember at one point it he was supposed to be revealed right before Hunted (I could be wrong). Anyways, I just remember it being talked about but couldn't remember all the details.

He was supposed to appear again in February, but they pulled the issue with his next appearance. Likely this was done so his mystery did not overshadow developments in the Hunted event.
