Make Piccolo beat Goku (scenario/question)

Time Stop with SSB reflexes, then run over and teleport Goku into Trunks' universe just before Zen'O blew it up and teleport back solo before Goku figures out where he is.

The Immortality is primarily to deal with Chi Chi, afterwards.

Everything depends on Goku starting in base form and getting hit with one of the wacky techniques and getting touched by Piccolo before he can power up out of the TK or hypnosis.

I'm going to say Instant Transmission, Destructo Discs, Big Bang Attack and Kiao-Ken(unless you guys consider that a transformation).

Piccolo's biggest weakness in story is how long it takes him to charge his best attacks. If he could port around and spam finishing moves
while he was at it, he could probably take Goku until the point where he goes Blue.

I mean...just give him either Guldo's or Hit's time stop power with Krillin's Kienzan. If he's quick enough it won't matter what power ups Goku has access to.

Time stop (Guido, or from Hit) to freeze Goku in place

Universal delete (Zen-O) seems to be extremely quick too if focused on deleting just one person(ex. Frost) unlike when deleting all of existence which seems to require charge time. (ex. Future timeline)

How would he fair if he only had the following 2 powers added: Unlimited stamina (androids) and Botamos damage soak thing?
