And hell yeah it's a riff on The Avengers. Only STRANGER.

A clone of a Golden Age hero instead of a revived from ice-stasis one. A high-tech armored hero with a mysterious origin. A righteous space god. A doctor who is also a monster ... only FROM HELL. A ground-level archer wondering what the hell he's doing there. An O.G. badass black-leather kung-fu fighter woman who is also a rock superstar. And an androidish character with a strange creation story.

Add Zatanna, Freedom Beast, Starman (Will Payton), Congorilla, Black Condor (the last one) and Mary Marvel and you have a deal mister.

First, let me steal the idea of some, having Black Canary as leader. This could be a great way to develop the character.

Black Canary: Leader, martial arts, tactician
Monsieur Mallah: reformed, vice-leader, muscle and brains, everything is better with monkeys
Vixen: agility, take care of the madhouse below.
Shazam: powerhouse, kid/man dinamic would be very interesting to write on the team
Zan and Jayna: versatility, wild card, teenagers to interact with Billy Batson
Static: usefull powers, optimistic view of heroes
Peacemaker: first to jump into action, fighter and weapon specialist, every team needs a borderline psychopath to handle.
Plastic Man: human shield, I mean, specialist in critical tactics.

This team would be the core of a new Satellite era of the League.
MM would act as leader and the others would rotate from mission to mission. Members of the Big 7 or their legacies would also be part of the larger roster, but they wouldn't appear as often as the core members.

Roughly, each mission would count with:

-> Martian Manhunter as leader
-> 3 to 5 core members (one on monitor duty) - the ones on the picture.
-> 1 to 3 Founders or legacies (Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Flash Aquaman, Mera and the GLs)
+ Recurring allies whenever needed (Green Arrow, Hawkwoman, Firestorm, Killer Frost etc).

There would only be one Justice League book and it would be the place for all the big action and tons of world building.

Lol, I was going to select the same members for my Non-Big 6 Justice League although originally I was going to swap Cyborg with Vibe but Cyborg is not a franchise player so I left him there. Everyone roster of the non-franchise JL reminds me of Legends of Tomorrow.

I love seeing all these lineups with Booster Gold, Black Canary, Hawkgirl/woman and Vixen, on them, as well as surprise appearances by Firehawk, Celsius, Nightshade, Etrigan, etc. Very cool to see such outside-the-box Leaguers!

I like that you've got all three of the 'seventh founders' there, with Martian Manhunter, Black Canary and Cyborg.
