Self explanatory.
Self explanatory.
There aren't any.
Peter is and will always be at the top.
Peter Porker
Better?
Based on what? The subjective whims of each dude and ladydude?
I personally LIKE Ben Reilly the best, but better?
Why does it always have to be a contest?

You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.
"You're not the better one, Peter. You're just older."

I like Peter best of all, so none. Ultimate Peter is better than current 616 Peter, imho.
My second favorite is Miles and my third favorite is classic Ben Reilly.

"So you've come to the end now alive but dead inside."
None, really.
That's not a knock on them. As far as I'm concerned, Peter Parker is the best character in comics.
Sincerely,
Thomas Mets
No one, but Miguel and Kaine are up there IMO. Flash Thompson was really close before all his character development was suddenly erased.
*sneaks into thread* Jessica Drew *flees*
Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

None. Peter Parker is the best Spider Character. No competition.
Otto Octavius
Peter Parker of earth 616 u never said which Parker
No characters are better than Peter. I personally consider him THE best fictional character ever, including character s from film, literature etc.
Spider-Man (I am referring to comics set in the 616 ‘main’ Marvel universe) has some of the best supporting cast in comics. I’d rank Mary-Jane and Jonah as the two characters who would be 2nd and 3rd respectively. I’d say Flash Thompson is the 4th best character. Otto, May, Robbie Robertson and Norman Osborn are also great characters, depending on the writer.
My criteria for ranking them is basically development of the character, consistency of the characters appearances, impact of their appearances and the role they provide in the Spider-Man corner of the universe
