I wonder could Priscilla ever be her own villain despite Barbara replacing her?

Priscilla was a burglar first, and cat crazy second. Barbara was not really a burglar.
Here are some designs I've made over the years in micro format:

I'd like a 12-issues maxi-series to help establish Diana's rogues. (Actually I'd like this for quite a few of DC's hero's villains.) It'd be a bit of a "world tour" of the characters with some kind of story as a through line in the series. Some villains might get more story focus than others, but a lot of concepts and designs would be introduced - even if just a quick, intriguing glimpse.
Behind the scenes, I'd have one Wonder editor and two writers and two artists work together as a team to bounce ideas and designs off one another to suss out the characters. Character histories, backgrounds, motivations, quirks, and designs are developed as a bible for Wonder creators to use.
Characters that would appear:
Gods/Demigods
- Ares
- Circe
- Cheetah
- Hercules
- Eris
- Phobos
- Deimos
- Gundra
- Grail
- Devastation
- Cassandra
Monsters
- Medusa, Stheno, and Eurayle
Mutants
- Chang Tzu
Metahumans
- Doctor Psycho
- Minister Blizzard
- Zara
- Duke Dazam
- Anton Unreal
- Mayfly

Venturians
- Queen Clea
- Sharkeeta
Aliens
- Eviless
- Badra

Humans (may gain or be granted powers through various means)
- Draska Nishki
- Doctor Cyber
- The Mask
- Gentleman Killer
- Tigra Tropica
- Angle Man
- Blue Snowman
- Mouse Man
- Inversion, the Inside-Out Man
- Giganta
- Duke of Deception, Lord Conquest, Earl of Greed, Baron Blitzkrieg and other "royalty"
- Silver Swan
- Veronica Cale
- Doctor Poison
- Aegeus
- Cyborgirl
- Crimson Centipede
- Agent X
- Paula von Gunther
- Saturna
- Inventa
- Furiosa
- Human Fireworks
- Gault
Interdimensional

Some of the characters would be part of teams or have relationships with one another.
It's an auspicious, grand project, but Diana deserves to have her world revitalized, mapped out, and treated with respect.

I think Mignola's design sensibility would be perfect for Wonder Woman's rogues gallery as well as the Greek Pantheon.
Mostly just a grab bag from multiple artists
