Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft
Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
LOL, I don't know why I even brought up Robin #0 when that's only an issue for Vol 3. That's what I get for looking back at previous posts.
All in all, for Vol 2, I really don't like the separation of The Crusade and The Search, I didn't do that with my custom bind. I loved the integration, it's way more accurate and way more fitting as Robin #7 ends both The Crusade and The Search. And the printing error really irks me (if I had a need to get Vol 2, because I didn't custom bind it, the printing error would keep me from buying it). But The Crusade issues have no error I think, so there's that at least.

Robin 1 and 2 are included (I confirmed it, but don't own the Omnibus). Though including all of #2 is probably questionable if they did that, I don't know. Excerpts are best for these two IMHO. I think looking at pics of I've seen online that all of 1&2 are included, not just excerpts.

@JBatmanFan05 & @ all other
The French Ommibuses of Batman are overall better than the US.
But we don't have all stories published yet, they are re-publishing it slowly but surely.
The French editor Dargaut has a parternship with DC under the label Urban Comics.
It's why recently there was Batman: The Dark Prince Charming by French author/artist Marini.
Better in terms of content inclusion and ordering perhaps, but these are also hardly "Omnibuses" by US standards. It takes like 8 books just to get the Knightfall-Knightsend Saga.
I'm not trying to suggest I wouldn't prefer these because they're 8 volumes, but in the US you'll get maybe the 8 vols and maybe Omnibuses too, so you have more choice.

Why is it that every other country seems to have better collections than the US? Those are very attractive volumes and I like the cover art and typeface they used. I'm also impressed with the contents. I would prefer smaller books like these than the impractical behemoths DC prefers in the US. I wouldn't mind Robin #0 being left out of the omnibus though since we have Batman: Zero Hour.
The unique thing about Robin #0 is that it wasn't exactly like the other ZH #0's.....if you recall it deliberately went into Two-Face/Dick-as-Robin stuff that became important to Prodigal. It belongs in both IMHO (in fact, it might belong less in ZH). Just because it's one place doesn't mean it doesn't belong in the other too. It LITERALLY leads into Batman #512...completes a scene, completes a scene of dialogue with Dick taking the cowl. I know I may seem over passionate on this, but I always feel like some don't freshly remember how #0 went or how #512 opened.
Robin #0 is almost like a clever trick Dixon played where he got to kickoff Prodigal and do its conclusion (Robin #13).
I challenge people, go check out Robin #0 and the rest of Prodigal and come back and tell me you're really fine with it being left out. (if you can say that, then I will simply be shocked and know we're far apart on what we personally think it means for a story to belong in an arc)
