Looks like the idea of "Classified" just being a bagged cover has been washed away. Curious and curiouser.

I wonder if White's willingness to do an X-Position is to hint at what it could be.

Interesting that Gold gets a second annual, while Blue does not. Perhaps, next month? Gold solicits didn't drive me crazy but it's what I expect, but I must admit Blue's did disappoint me. I guess I wanted more of a finale to the O5 story (and all of Bunn's simmering plots and characters) before jumping into Extermination tie-ins. This'll almost definitely mean less time for exploring Blue's popular minor characters, ie Polaris and Emma (I miss Danger being part of the whole set-up, she shouldn't have gone with to space- she'd have been a fantastic addition to the New Blue team). Which is disappointing.
The covers look great though (questionable 'do, Scott) and I'm glad to see both the return of Marcus To and the Magneto focus. Blue has been far more successful when Bunn focuses in on him (and the storytelling Magneto allows) and from just To's first issue it's been clear that he's a great fit for the book. One thing Bunn does do well though is make his cross-over tie-ins really work for his characters and the stories he's trying to tell, see Axis Magneto and IvX Uncanny, so perhaps there's some hope yet.

X-Men: Red you just can't get excited about from solicits. But always fun to check out the new cover art, each one is begging to be made a phone background. The solos, similarly. Has Cable been quietly cancelled? Perhaps to be replaced with Cable and Deadpool. I'm surprised anyone would notice the end of this series, after the rocky creative teams. Sucks though, as this most recent team have been doing some great work. X-23... Well, I'd be getting it anyway. Probably trade-wait, same as All-New Wolverine. I like reading a lot of Laura all at once. I think I'm happier in the direction of this book than Taylor's run, but still hard to tell at this point. Domino's been fun, I'll stick with it. Let's start wrapping up Old Man Logan now the original's back, yeah? Thanks. Impressive run though.


I don't really care for Wolverine, but I do actually like the structure of his return cross-over. I think it's quite neat, having it bookended by two one-shots before leading into a solo to deal with repercussions. Assuming a lot here, but seems like he won't make it straight back into the arms of the X-Men and I dig that, let him sort out his business first.

Looks like Exiles may start hitting its stride soon, the last issue was a marked improvement and these solicits look promising. Hopefully the slow start won't consign the series to oblivion just when it gets good (a la Generation X).

Weapon X. Please just stop. Just. Please.

He fused personalities in Bunncanny. Soule ignored this to make him essentially the Hulk in Astonishing. Soule used his kind-of-OC-Xavier to fuse personalities again.

So he should be fine, unless something happens in Astonishing's finale. And he shouldn't be switching between white and blue, iirc.

My guess is that it's a Guggenheim book related to the wedding in some way.

I don't know what else it could be that they can't reveal until June. It's not Astonishing finale related, because they're openly showing X in the Astonishing annual.
