Don't have any screen grabs right now. It was a plot point in the "Lost in Space-Time" story. The last issue had the WCA (with Moon Knight newly joined) confronting the villain. The villain used a mind control ray to stop the Avengers from attacking. Moon Knight kept switching between personalities to bypass the mind control and attack the villain. It was the first story I read that explicitly said MK had multiple personalities.

That was the funny thing about his multiple personality disorder (or whatever it's called) in West Coast Avengers... it was actually treated as a super power at one point.
