    Default Amazing Spider Man 2

Who is going today to see the opening day of ASM2?

I may wait until tomorrow to miss the "big crowd of kids rush".

Make sure to let us know how much you liked or disliked it!

It's gonna be hard to beat Captain America 2, but I am sure Spidey will give it a try

(Don't forget to wear your Spidey-gear)!

Looking forward to reading what people think of it as it'll be a while before I get a chance to see it and even then I'll probably have to wait for it to be released on DVD lol.

Was really looking forward to it. Now I will not give them a dime. Shame too. It had potential to be really good, like the first one was.

I'm going to go I think Sunday with a friend. We were going to attempt to go late today, but I scored a date and then he works too late on Saturday.

I'm actually feeling good. I like the Green Goblin look so far, best attempt at the classic look to keep facial expressions and such. I guess nowadays they could make him look like classic GG with a lot of CG work.

I really want to see Paul Giamatti as Rhino. Originally thought he was an odd choice, but that guys a really good actor. Or at least I've always liked him.

I saw it last night. It wasn't as good as Captain America: Winter Soldier, but it was still pretty darn good!

How was the Green Goblin's look?

    Did Jamie Foxx do well?

How was Paul Giamatti? Or was it a small role?

I saw it last night. I will spoiler tag everything just in case.
    spoilers:

Even though I was expecting Gwen Stacy to die, I was still shock to see her die. The scene was done very well. Also nice homage to the comics that she was wearing the same outfit.

Harry Osborn was fantastic in this. Really excited to see what they do with him in the future.

I liked Electro even though he was a bit campy at times. However I don't want to see him in Sinister Six or TASM 3 as it feels his story is done. Plus if he is in Sinister Six (and so is Green Goblin and Rhino) then we already had half the members in TASM2 which makes me less excited for the Sinister Six movie .

I'm not too sure about Rhino. Albeit he was only in two scenes (one without his suit), but he doesn't seem to be a formidable opponent and feels more like a joke. It will be interesting to see if he changes his character for the Sinister Six or just drop him completely.

After seeing this movie I am very excited about TASM 3 and Sinister Six. This second movie felt kind of like a stepping stone of things to come. With the mood they have set in the first two movies it would make sense if they kill Peter Parker in TASM 3 (but the producers have already shot down this idea unfortunately).
    end of spoilers

Saw it last night. Without spoiling anything, I will say that I liked it better than TASM 1 but that I had major problems with Electro. Again, without being spoilery, I felt this character was a complete mess; honestly felt like something out of a Joel Schumacher Batman film while the rest of the cast did not. Garfield, Stone and Dehaan (Harry) were all absolute dynamite. FX solid but sometimes too fast and crowded; certainly worth seeing. 3 1/2 stars our of 5 from me.
