He brought his worst the last time he came back. I'd hate to see how much downhill things COULD go. He was good in the 80's but even the editors had to force him to collect everything together...which is one of the things that worked was that you had all these little strings and they came together to form a tapestry.

this isnt a sudden issue. It has canon roots which was referenced in the books

That's debatable. His own stories during his return were ok, but he had a BAD habit of explaining events that were happening in other books (Morrison's Xmen) when he wasn't even working or communicating with the writer, so the information he was providing either wasn't right in some cases, or spoiled the story when there was a delay. I think he revealed that Cassandra was Charles' sister by having Storm and Rogue read it in Destiny's Diaries. It impacted NOTHING in his own storylines.

So I'm not sure what's worse...bad writing, or a writer with an ego that can't handle other writers sharing his audience.

Guggenhiem writes his characters as if he never went beyond the brief he received on them.

Really? Because he never depicted her as an evil lady in Xtreme Xmen. He actually had her work with them as a fellow X-man. During that era the only one who really thought of Emma in that light was Whedon's version of Kitty Pryde.

So I'm not sure where you're getting that information. it just sounds like your own irrational, unnatural, and unhealthy hatred of a fictional character.

He had Storm punch her in her face because he remembers Emma tortured and raped Storm. He had Psylocke, Storm, Rogue and Rachel all say they dispised Emma in X-Women. That's canon.

I'm not following. Emma had nothing to do with Xmen Gold #17 and nothing to do with anything I was talking about or anyone else was discussing. So it seems like you're just trolling and trying to piss me off.
