There's meant to be a major change to the team in Blue after the Poison X arc. Though for what it's worth, the O5 being written out would have a knock on affect on Champions.

Besides, if she was getting a solo, the existing book wouldn't be ending. It would just be retooled. They aren't resetting books to #1 when new creative teams take over at present.
